LIFESTYLE AS MEDICINE
Nutrition, physical activity, and sleep all greatly influence your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. We will examine choices made in the 167 hours you spend each week outside of the therapy room.

TREATMENT METHODS
My therapeutic approach will only ever be evidence-based. Treatment may be subject to change to reflect the current most up-to-date research.

ENVIRONMENT
I strive to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere and often use humor with clients. You should feel comfortable to share your inner thoughts and safe enough to explore them together.

DURATION
Change happens through accountability and repetition. To make progress, sessions need to occur once a week. Typical treatment lasts 6-9 months and then evolves to monthly check-ins (if desired).

FAITH-FREE
I promise that religious beliefs will never inform the treatment methods I use for your healing.

HOLISTIC & SOMATIC
I incorporate breathwork and body scans reguarly in our sessions. This helps you notice how your emotions or traumas can get stuck in the body.​

Treatment cannot happen in a vacuum. I always collaborate with primary care providers, psychiatrists, and other therapists to ensure we are all working together to help you achieve your goals.​
