Sleep, stress, food, movement, and relationships all impact our overall health. Lifetime experiences and the way our macro systems observe and perceive our body have lasting impacts.

WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR
You grew up with someone who was always on a diet. You have people in your life who think they are entitled to make comments about your body. You want to improve your relationship with food. You want to embrace your body after pregnancy. If one or all of those sound familiar to you, let's talk!

We believe in the mind body connection. We believe that health means living in harmony. We believe that you are a hell of a lot more than a number on a scale. We believe in health at every size.

THE FIRST 10 WEEKS
Expand your awareness of your relationship with food.The first 10 weeks focus on increasing your awareness of the role that food plays in your life, like managing or regulating your stress and emotions.

THE SECOND 5 WEEKS
Increase your compassion and acceptance toward your body. The second 5 weeks focus on your relationship to physical movement and ways you connect with your body.

SESSIONS
Sessions are 30 minutes over the phone. Sessions are weekly for the first 10 weeks and biweekly for the second 5 weeks.

INVESTMENT
You will spend 15 weeks rebuilding your mind body connection. There will be personal time spent completing homework assignments and time spent with your coach. All in investment is $1500.
