MY APPROACH

Improve how you feel mentally, spiritually, emotionally and physically in your body.
Some things that inform my practice:

LIFESTYLE AS MEDICINE

Nutrition, physical activity, mental well-being, relationships and sleep all greatly influence your thoughts, emotions and behaviors. We will examine choices made in the 167 hours you spend each week outside of the therapy room.

TREATMENT METHODS

My therapeutic approach will only ever be evidence-based. Treatment may be subject to change to reflect the current most up-to-date research.

ENVIRONMENT

I strive to create a warm and relaxed atmosphere and often use humor with clients. You should feel comfortable to share your inner thoughts and safe enough to explore them together.

SESSIONS

Therapy is typically once a week for 50 minutes. There is no one size fits all approach so sessions are collaborative and personalized to you. Longer sessions are available upon request.

FAITH-FREE

I promise that religious beliefs will never inform the services I provide.

​

HOLISTIC & SOMATIC

I incorporate breathwork into sessions and explore how emotions or traumas can get stuck in the body.
